Account Executive

Requirements:

A Suitable qualification in Accounting & Finance or Equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Must possess excellent analytical skills and should be able to work with a high level of accuracy.
Part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA / ICASL is preferred.
Experience in using QuickBooks and MS Office.
Knowledge of Financial Regulations.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial reports.
Preparation of taxation-related documents.
Maintaining financial records up to date.
Preparation of bank reconciliations.
Coordinating with other divisions.

HR Officer

Requirements:

A suitable academic or professional qualification in HRM.
Sound understanding of legal aspects in HRM.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
Experience and/or knowledge in the field of civil construction will be an advantage.
Applicants residing close to Kurunegala city.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining personal files and documentation.
Handling of Recruitment tasks.
Assisting to the HR Manager.
Daily operations of HRM

MEP Engineer

Requirements:

A Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in MEP Building Services or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
At least two (2) years of experience managing at least two (2) of the following scopes within building construction projects: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
Experience in design coordination or involvement in Design and Build projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage MEP works across projects.
Optimize MEP system designs.
Assist in procurement and material submittals.
Support the preparation of tender documents.
